Also had a smoothie which was so good, it had peanut butter and berries in it which worked so well together. Never had anything like it before. Great spot for a sweet treat or a healthy snack. The personal touch makes all the difference too. The fact they remember your name always amazes me.
I have to say their smoothies are so refreshing. The salads are tasty and feel so good for you, but those blondies are the best I have ever tasted. This is my go-to stop when I am in town now.

Wow! How lucky are we to have this in the heart of Pontypridd! To start with the service was absolutely amazing, so engaged and with a personal touch. Then there's the food. Josie is an award winning patisserie Chef and her sweet treats are to die for! 5* London standard food at incredible valleys prices. Get down there - you won't regret it.

I don't often leave reviews but I stopped here earlier today for one of their salad bowls, the salad was as fresh as you can get and everything else was on point, Will definitely return in future.

A little on the expensive side for Pontypridd, but delicious nonetheless.
To be picky, the deli needs more seating and a written menu with prices.
